Why we have to make tour plan and hotels pre booking and confirmation is important aspect for Andaman holiday?
You may end up staying at least one of the islands away from the port blair city where last minute booking for good room are hard to get especially in season. either you pay more or you settle for unworthy hotels or resort.
Should i book hotel or flight first for Andaman tour ?
We highly recommend booking flight then hotel booking for Andaman tours as the flight cancellation and reschedule charges are way too high than the hotels
Can more than two adults stay in one room?
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn’t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room.

Our children will be traveling with us – do they stay for free?
When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the ‘Children’ drop–down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed the four steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information such as the hotel’s contact details.
Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any sort you can always call us during office hours or send an email to us.
I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". It will depend on each hotel’s policy and availability. Once you have retrieved the availability for a specific hotel for the requested dates, by clicking on the room name, you will access the room description. How do I cancel my hotel booking?

75% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance. 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more. No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.

How will I get my money back after cancelling a hotel booking?
The customers receives refund original payment mode into the accounts as per cancellation policy

Normally its takes 2 week time for gateway and bank to process the refund
How do I modify a hotel booking?
We do not support modifications to hotel bookings unless is very much required .You’ll have to cancel your existing booking and make a new one.Cancellation policy will apply on the old booking and refund if any will adjust in the new booking and customer has to pay the difference amount in advance to amend and confirm the booking changes
